Owing to the adaptation of SmartCityTech to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD - General Register of Data Protection) and in compliance with article 13 thereof, we are contacting you to inform you that your data as a contact of the Company for which you work is processed with the purpose of maintaining the contractual relationship with said Company.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the correct execution of the contractual relationship. Such data is necessary in that it won’t be possible to maintain the desired relationship between the parties if it is not processed.
