PREPARE YOUR NEXT BUSINESS DEAL WITH THE US


We hereby have the pleasure of inviting SmartCityTech companies to participate in the matchmaking mission to the US. The mission will take place in New York City and Boston on September 16th - 20th, 2019.

The purpose of the mission is to match SmartCityTech company members with American companies and business partners within the cleantech and smart city topics. In order for your company to get the best business opportunities we have arranged B2B meetings and pitching sessions in both New York City and in Boston.

  Provide solutions for NYC agencies!

 Together with the New York City CTO office, we selected some challenges amongst NYC agencies and we are calling for   companies or academic institutions which want to come up with solutions and get in touch directly with NYC agencies.

  In order to ensure the best approach, we will follow the next process to find the most suitable companies for these meetings:

  1. Call for expression of interest, by filling out this form and sending it to the cluster you are member of. Deadline: May 24, 2019
  2. Submission of anonymized expressions of interest to NYC representatives by the SmartCityTech partnership
  3. Evaluation and selection by NYC representatives of anonymized expressions of interest for meet up. Deadline: July 15, 2019
  4. Invitation of companies for meet up with NYC representatives on September 17 in NYC. Deadline July 21, 2019

This mission is supported by the EU Commission through the COSME Programme and takes place in collaboration with the other clusters of the cluster network SmartCityTech, as well as the International Cleantech Network. That presents an opportunity to work with a large group of other European companies from Sweden, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal and Denmark. In addition, we are scouting service providers who can facilitate and support the trade initiatives in the US by innovative companies.
