ACTIVITIES

FIND MORE BUSINESS AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

Driving application of smart systems in urban areas forward requires a structured activity plan. The SmartCityTech partners are currently finalizing a joint action plan which will be the basis for SmartCityTech activities. Keep on following smartcitytech to learn more about the added value SmartCityTech will offer you.

Starting with the current members, we will look for additional partners to extend the scope of the European Strategy Cluster Partnerships (ESCP), and formalise the extended partnership. This extension will be both geographic and thematic, because the ESCP will not only look at Embedded Technologies but at both the Embedded Technologies and those that complement them to obtain complete Smart Cities ICT-based systems (including the backend data platforms that aggregate, analyse and act upon the sensor information).

It will also be important that the additional partners are actively involved in concrete challenges and applications in the Smart Cities domain to ensure optimal coverage of the global value chains.
